India is the country with more than 35% of youth population having great potential and better prospects.When the youth are guided in the right direction,our country will flourish. A lot of great inventions have been accomplished by youth from various Universities.These Universities have instigated such an environment and kindled the talents of the youth.

The Management of Chirala Engineering College strongly believes in the potentiality of youth.With this initiation,CEC is going to organize a 2 day National Level Techno Cultural and sports Fest named SAPTAVARNA-17.

The Saptavarna represents a kind of essential skills which are being explored at CECC,in a way when light focuses on a prism,7 colours of VIBGYOR are emitted from the prism.CECC carries out the 7 skills required for a student to excel in his/her life.
SAPTAVARNA-17 is a platform for the students to explore their innate all round abilities in 7 events.
